Measurements… yesssssssssssssssssssssss :-) !

Weight: 113,6 kg
Thighs: 80.0 cm
Hips: 120.5 cm
Waist: 108 cm
Chest: 108 cm

Goals

Obviously do the workouts when they are assigned, still, and not skip any. Not sleep the whole morning and therefore miss snacks :o) .

Of course I am still in :-) …

but am too scared to take my measures at the mo as I think I will have put on fat again. Weighed myself this morning and gained 200 grams from last week :o ) … I know the weight is not the main thing to look for, if at all, but I just don’t feel it :o ) . I have not eaten or drunk anything that is not allowed, just that I have not stuck to the assigned exercises and always procrastrinated them until I did not do any of them at some days :-( .

My goal for this week is to stick to the exercises however I can. I wish I could give myself a kick in the butt in the morning so I would do the workouts, so I won’t again delay it until the evening when I will probably not do them at all. Nutrition is okay, just I must not get too dependent on nuts again LOL.

Have eaten porridge with 2 bananas, had nuts for snack, chicken with a mix of fresh vegetables, nuts as a snack and nuts for dinner :o ) . No exercise.

Done energizer and workout 2 today. Could nto do the high step-up and the elastic band as I do not have the surface or the material for it :o ) . Replaced it with YTWL and Bent Leg Obliques. I know it was not as planned but quite a disorganised day again. Will do the cardio tomorrow (today).

Porridge with bananas, Sauerkraut with beef and mashed potatoes, two oranges. Missed out two snacks again, so 3 A’s and 2 C’s.

No longer scared of planks and lunges :-) !

After two days without internet (got very complicated yet again LOL), I am getting back on track. Am afraid I am a bit behind with the workouts and the cardio but I will get the lost time back by doing them. I suppose the cardio is now the exercise I am most scared of. Did the energizer and workout 1 this evening, but unfortunately some time after seeing the great videos on the group :o ) . Problem having DSL now is that I might get stuck on Skype and other nice tools :o ) . Wanted to do workout 2 as well but it is already getting late and need to get up quite early tomorrow. And guess what one of my first things to do will be :-) ? Am a bit angry at myself at not following Tim’s advice and not doing the workouts when they were required. Maybe I overestimate myself (as I do sometimes :o ) ) in thinking I can discipline myself but I really want to try. Am addicted to sleeping now but maybe it is just boredom :o) . It is really frustrating though that I always love Tim’s programmes and make me feel good and I would just lose too much of my time with sleeping the days away.

I must do something about my nutrition though. I miss out on too many snacks. If the missed-out snacks did not count as C’s, I would only have A’s now though. Had porridge for breakfast, no snack, beefsteak with broccoli and salad for lunch and a pear as a snack. So I suppose still 3 A’s and 2 C’s. I must put a reminder on to remind me of the snacks. 

Too many C’s last week and not enough exercise… too much sleeping :-(

Exercise

Try to concentrate more on the movements… have got the slight impression I might not have done so. Just needing too much distraction around it. Try to fix printer and print out the workouts, so I can do them right. Not skip any workout as it is not ideal if I am doing two workouts a day. Do the exercises in the morning. Do the cardio in regular intervals, such as if I cannot do it for the set time at a pace, do it slower.  

Nutrition

If I am not sleeping as much (currently not working :o ) ), I will have the time to have more snacks. Or, if I am not sleeping, I will have to force myself to have one. Will then not have any C’s. I know I could not have insisted on saying “no” to that glass of champagne. The others made just too much of a big deal out of it and I cannot bear to have that attention and the situation just made me nervous. I will have to learn to be more assertive faster, I think. I will also have to think about drinking more water

Ahm, not the best day

No exercise today :-( . Been feeling a bit sick and dizzy all day and might have got a new cold. Cannot believe I had a cold every month since October :o ) . Been sleeping all day. Hope tomorrow will be better and will do the energiser workout tomorrow then :-) .

Breakfast: porridge with banana, no snack, lunch: pork and flageolets (beans), snack: orange, dinner: porridge with bananas… 4 A’s and 1 C 

I did it, yesssssssss… well, at least I think so :o) .

Hmmm, as I said yesterday, and for once I kept a promise to myself, I have done the cardio and workouts 1 and 2 in the early afternoon and in a row :-) . Problem is I did not have an internet connection to watch what the workout should like. Yes, well, should have printed them out, but printer does not work, so I suppose I will take them down manually. However, I did two other workouts that have also been designed by Tim and Jess last year :-) … so I hope that’s okay :o ) . With the cardio, I cannot really do it just yet but I have tried as hard as I could. Even if it was not the required cardio, I am quite proud of me as I have always been very anxious about jogging and so on on my own. But I did it without Laika, through the forest, and I really enjoyed walking/jogging through the mud :-) .

Until now, I have had porridge with banana for breakfast (A), no snack (C), an orange and an apple for lunch (A), an orange for snack (A) … so, until now, 3 A’s and 1 C… Was invited tonight (well, last night LOL) and we had a delicious not too greasy fish fondue. Well, I had champagne as I cound not say no due to the festive circumstances and they just insisted too much :-( , and then meringue glacée as a dessert. So, unfortunately 4 A’s and, hmm, let’s say 6 C’s :-( . (!!! paragraph edited on 6 January 2008, after having Lisa’s nice comment… don’t know how proper editing works :o ) )

A bit of a frustrating day. DSL connection does not work as the plugs in the house are not okay :o ) . No exercise today :-( … but the prior is no excuse and my intention is to make it the only day where I have not followed Tim’s plan, except for 1 January :o ) . I must get back to doing workouts in the morning. Am just too dazed and confused in the evening at the moment, I think :o ) . I know it is not the optimal way but I will try and do the two workouts and the cardio tomorrow :-) .

Breakfast: pear, snack: porridge with banana (know the pear should really have been a snack :o ) ), lunch: beef and carrots, snack: two oranges, dinner: pear… 5 A’s, yay :-)

Exercise: only the cardio workout… walking and running outdoors with Laika, my parents’ dog.
