I suppose while most people are probably celebrating with friends or family, I am sitting here ready to get to bed
) . Got a mild concussion three days ago and keep on having accidents in the past days. Like cutting myself while peeling onions (!!!) or knocking my head against walls or steel things three times in two days.
But, no, I will not let anything get in my way for starting tomorrow
… am a bit scared though but don’t know why… hope it is not too bad though that I actually haven’t got any dumbbells
) . Have been so disoriented all day long that I actually either forgot or did not find any… and I have been in three shops LOL. Not many people know about this blog, but those who know me know that I am a total catastrophe. Waow! should get some synonyms for “know”
. Anyway, I hope bottles of water will do

Have not really set that many resolutions yet. Usually it is about ten
! There is that one application on Facebook but would not involve enough resolutions. So, just to get my fitness goals down for 2008:
* I will really follow all of Tim’s instructions. One month is not that long, sooo
… And I know out of experience that his programmes always work… but, yes, you are responsible for yourself even if it is nice that someone motivates you and holds you accountable
. I will not disappoint him this time
) ! —> On 1 February, I will at least have lost a dress size and changed my eating habits, hopefully for good
. And, of course, I will feel really good

* The programme will be the kick-start to an enduringly progressive fit year. Why? As I am going to set myself more goals during the year, such as eventually overcoming a slight fear of heights and go to the Rainforest Adventure Park in the North of the country, paragliding, maybe even a marathon at the end of the year, etc…. and, then, for once, I will do it all for myself as, with that less fat and weight, I will feel better and fitter
