Breakfast: Porridge (A), Snack: Apple (A), Lunch: Lamb meat with potatoes and zucchinis (A)… but two Cs: no snack nor dinner
) … water intake: 1.5 l
Exercise: only the cardio workout… walking and running outdoors with Laika, my parents’ dog.
Have a good night’s sleep
