Hi my name is Linda, and I am really excited about starting the Drop A Dress Size in Jan 08 challenge because I know I badly need to lose boy fat and this is a meaningful and motivation start to drop more dress sizes
.
My dress size right now honestly is, not sure, 50 or 52… I know, ouch
) !
My worst nutrition habit is sweets… anything, going from chocolate to custard
) .
My least favorite exercise is the forward lunge, I think
) .
When I have achieved my target of losing a dress size, I will feel better about myself, that I had the endurance and it will mean that I can continue doing it, even if it will be harder
.
Time to stop the excuses, Tim Goodwin is going to show me the way to better health and a great looking body.

I really hope I got the measurements right… goodness! I am huuuge and totally disproportionate
) . I have already known that before but I always feel or see myself “slimmer” than I actually am… I think LOL

All ouch! wish I had not disappointed myself and others so much over the last months
