Done energizer and workout 2 today. Could nto do the high step-up and the elastic band as I do not have the surface or the material for it
) . Replaced it with YTWL and Bent Leg Obliques. I know it was not as planned but quite a disorganised day again. Will do the cardio tomorrow (today).
Porridge with bananas, Sauerkraut with beef and mashed potatoes, two oranges. Missed out two snacks again, so 3 A’s and 2 C’s.

Get snacking Linda! I’m having a banana and a natural yoghurt mid morning, and then an apple and some brazil nuts in the afternoon.

Hehe, I did the reverse fly with 2 cans (tomatoes and corn, I think). I just bent forward a little and pretended that the band was there (made the motion as if it was). Do you have any sort of low stable chair? That’s what I’ve been using for the step-ups.
