but am too scared to take my measures at the mo as I think I will have put on fat again. Weighed myself this morning and gained 200 grams from last week
) … I know the weight is not the main thing to look for, if at all, but I just don’t feel it
) . I have not eaten or drunk anything that is not allowed, just that I have not stuck to the assigned exercises and always procrastrinated them until I did not do any of them at some days
.
My goal for this week is to stick to the exercises however I can. I wish I could give myself a kick in the butt in the morning so I would do the workouts, so I won’t again delay it until the evening when I will probably not do them at all. Nutrition is okay, just I must not get too dependent on nuts again LOL.
Have eaten porridge with 2 bananas, had nuts for snack, chicken with a mix of fresh vegetables, nuts as a snack and nuts for dinner
) . No exercise.

Hi Linda – I don’t have a support partner and after reading your blog post I wondered if you might want to team up? I also felt like sharing a couple of things I’ve learned that have helped me a lot. One is about food. When I first started getting interested in getting more fit it was suggested that I write down everything I ate for a week or more without changing anything to see how much I was eating. I was astonished to find I was only eating 700-900 calories a day! I was in what is referred to as “starvation mode”. Without changing anything accept amounts I began to eat more. It really took some effort to get my calories up to 1200 and now 1500 a day. I was scared at first to be eating so much but surprise of surprises I actually started to lose weight. I mention this because it seems you aren’t eating very much by the looks of your list. And nuts are very high in fat which is easier to store than protein. The other small change that has had the most significant effect for me has been following Dr Al Sears PACE program. I was doing that for about a week before I started Tim’s and I was amazed at how easy it was and how great I felt afterwards as well as how fun it was to watch my heart get stronger almost by the day. I lost 2lbs that week without doing anything but that and it only takes about 15-20 minutes (I do it 6 days a week because I like it so much, but 3 days is recommended). I have an Mp3 file of Dr Sears talking about his program if you’d like me to email it to you – if you don’t find me too forward in offering all this information and want a support partner I’d be happy to ‘team up’ with you.
