Weighed myself this morning and gained 200 grams from last week <img src='http://s1.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_surprised.gif' alt=':o' class='wp-smiley' /> ) &#8230; I know the weight is not the main thing to look for, if at all, but I just don&#8217;t feel it <img src='http://s1.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_surprised.gif' alt=':o' class='wp-smiley' /> ) . I have not eaten or drunk anything that is not allowed, just that I have not stuck to the assigned exercises and always procrastrinated them until I did not do any of them at some days <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_sad.gif' alt=':-(' class='wp-smiley' />  .</p>
<p>My goal for this week is to stick to the exercises however I can. I wish I could give myself a kick in the butt in the morning so I would do the workouts, so I won&#8217;t again delay it until the evening when I will probably not do them at all. Nutrition is okay, just I must not get too dependent on nuts again LOL.</p>
<p>Have eaten porridge with 2 bananas, had nuts for snack, chicken with a mix of fresh vegetables, nuts as a snack and nuts for dinner <img src='http://s1.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_surprised.gif' alt=':o' class='wp-smiley' /> ) . No exercise.</p>

<p>Porridge with bananas, Sauerkraut with beef and mashed potatoes, two oranges. Missed out two snacks again, so <strong>3 A&#8217;s and 2 C&#8217;s</strong>.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>After two days without internet (got very complicated yet again LOL), I am getting back on track. Am afraid I am a bit behind with the workouts and the cardio but I will get the lost time back by doing them. I suppose the cardio is now the exercise I am most scared of. Did the <strong>energizer and workout 1 </strong>this evening, but unfortunately some time after seeing the great videos on the group <img src='http://s1.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_surprised.gif' alt=':o' class='wp-smiley' /> ) . Problem having DSL now is that I might get stuck on Skype and other nice tools <img src='http://s1.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_surprised.gif' alt=':o' class='wp-smiley' /> ) . Wanted to do workout 2 as well but it is already getting late and need to get up quite early tomorrow. And guess what one of my first things to do will be <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':-)' class='wp-smiley' />  ? Am a bit angry at myself at not following Tim&#8217;s advice and not doing the workouts when they were required. Maybe I overestimate myself (as I do sometimes <img src='http://s1.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_surprised.gif' alt=':o' class='wp-smiley' /> ) ) in thinking I can discipline myself but I really want to try. Am addicted to sleeping now but maybe it is just boredom :o) . It is really frustrating though that I always love Tim&#8217;s programmes and make me feel good and I would just lose too much of my time with sleeping the days away.</p>
<p>I must do something about my nutrition though. I miss out on too many snacks. If the missed-out snacks did not count as C&#8217;s, I would only have A&#8217;s now though. Had porridge for breakfast, no snack, beefsteak with broccoli and salad for lunch and a pear as a snack. So I suppose still <strong>3 A&#8217;s and 2 C&#8217;s</strong>. I must put a reminder on to remind me of the snacks. </p>

<p>Try to <strong>concentrate more on the movements</strong>&#8230; have got the slight impression I might not have done so. Just needing too much distraction around it. Try to fix printer and print out the workouts, so I can do them right. <strong>Not skip any workout </strong>as it is not ideal if I am doing two workouts a day. Do the exercises in the morning. Do the <strong>cardio in regular intervals</strong>, such as if I cannot do it for the set time at a pace, do it slower.  </p>
<p><strong><em>Nutrition</em></strong></p>
<p>If I am not sleeping as much (currently not working <img src='http://s1.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_surprised.gif' alt=':o' class='wp-smiley' /> ) ), I will have the time to<strong> have more snacks</strong>. Or, if I am not sleeping, I will have to force myself to have one. Will then not have any C&#8217;s. I know I could not have insisted on saying &#8220;no&#8221; to that glass of champagne. The others made just too much of a big deal out of it and I cannot bear to have that attention and the situation just made me nervous. I will have to learn to be more assertive faster, I think. I will also have to think about drinking <strong>more water</strong>. </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hmmm, as I said yesterday, and for once I kept a promise to myself, I have done the <strong>cardio </strong>and <strong>workouts 1 and 2</strong> in the early afternoon and in a row <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':-)' class='wp-smiley' />  . Problem is I did not have an internet connection to watch what the workout should like. Yes, well, should have printed them out, but printer does not work, so I suppose I will take them down manually. However, I did two other workouts that have also been designed by Tim and Jess last year <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':-)' class='wp-smiley' />  &#8230; so I hope that&#8217;s okay <img src='http://s1.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_surprised.gif' alt=':o' class='wp-smiley' /> ) . With the cardio, I cannot really do it just yet but I have tried as hard as I could. Even if it was not the required cardio, I am quite proud of me as I have always been very anxious about jogging and so on on my own. But I did it without Laika, through the forest, and I really enjoyed walking/jogging through the mud <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':-)' class='wp-smiley' />  .</p>
<p>Until now, I have had porridge with banana for breakfast (A), no snack (C), an orange and an apple for lunch (A), an orange for snack (A) &#8230; so, until now, 3 A&#8217;s and 1 C&#8230; Was invited tonight (well, last night LOL) and we had a delicious not too greasy fish fondue. Well, I had champagne as I cound not say no due to the festive circumstances and they just insisted too much <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_sad.gif' alt=':-(' class='wp-smiley' />  , and then meringue glacée as a dessert. So, unfortunately<strong> 4 A&#8217;s</strong> and, hmm, let&#8217;s say 6<strong> C&#8217;s</strong> <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_sad.gif' alt=':-(' class='wp-smiley' />  . <em>(!!! paragraph edited on 6 January 2008, after having Lisa&#8217;s nice comment&#8230; don&#8217;t know how proper editing works <img src='http://s1.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_surprised.gif' alt=':o' class='wp-smiley' /> ) )</em></p>

I must get back to doing workouts in the morning. Am just too dazed and confused in the evening at the moment, I think <img src='http://s1.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_surprised.gif' alt=':o' class='wp-smiley' /> ) . I know it is not the optimal way but I will try and do the two workouts and the cardio tomorrow <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':-)' class='wp-smiley' />  .</p>
